o Assist in the design, development and management of the GFSS Europe Performance Management Reporting Framework using following applications:

o Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)

o Excel

o SQL and Report Design and Writing

o Oracle

o Xcelsius or other Scorecard Applications

· Assist in development and maintenance of the performance management reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met and information is reported on a timely basis

· Provide support to users of the  Performance Reporting System

· Perform system integrity checks on the Performance Reporting Modules in use

· Maintain the system parameters for all the Performance Reporting Modules in use

· Provide ad-hoc management reports on a timely basis.

Education/Skills & Experience:

o BS Degree in Information Systems

o Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) - good knowledge of building well structured & documented modules in Excel VBA

o Excel-very good knowledge of Excel functions and Excel functionalities

o SQL and Report Design and Writing

o Oracle Financials is essential

o Strong analytical/ problem solving skills

o Excellent ability to assimilate client requests and deliver results in a manner which meets the clients’ needs efficiently and accurately
