Senior Collections Executive - Litigation Process

Company:
Our client is a leading Mortgage Lenders in Ireland today. The company has a new role for a v ery experienced Mortgages Collections Executive. This is a massive career opportunity for an individual who wishes to join a young and expanding company and further develop their career in collections.

Opportunity:
-The role involves the management of home loan collection litigation cases that are in arrears longer than three months
-Proactive daily administration of all litigation cases including:
monitoring and development of those cases, exchanging documents with external Solicitors and debt collection team.
-Contacting arrears customers direct to make arrangements to recover the arrears from 0-5 months in arrears.
-Deal efficiently with incoming calls and correspondence from solicitors and customers..

Experience:
You must have a minimum of 3 years Mortgage Collection experience  or 3 years experience in a Legal Practice handling & collectiing on mortgage debt.
Strong understanding of Mortgage Litigation Process
Lots of Drive, energy and be an enthusiastic team player.
