Responsibilities:

1. Delivery of  set Targets and strive to achieve increased targets

2. Delivery of an Aggressive and energetic retention capability

3. Delivery of Service Level Agreements

4. Profitability of Business Unit

5.  Staff Management

6.  Continuous Improvement of core processes through strategic programmes

Skills Required:
· A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in a financial services or insurance background
· Candidate will have experience in recommending and driving continuous operations and process improvement
· Proven ability to identify, analyze, develop and recommend actions for increased customer service performance
· Quantitative and analytical and excelletn communication skills
