Order to Cash Integration Project Analyst

Responsible to: Accounts Receivable Team Lead / Accounts Receivable Manager

Technical expertise:

  • Project management proficiency: 2+ years’ experience
  • Must have at least 3 years’ Accounts Receivable / Credit Control background coupled with a strong knowledge of Credit Management and Risk Analysis (essential)
  • Strong monthly reporting/risk analysis/credit reviews/order release
  • Perform credit management activities for countries within the regional team (e.g. setting credit limits, releasing/placing credit holds, bad debt holds/write-offs)
  • Performing Period End Activities
  • Reconciliation of Period End Activities i.e. Accounts Receivable to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Receivable to General Ledger and follow through of any differences
  • Aged debt analysis
  • Understanding of Audit compliant activities and deliverables in particular Sarbanes Oxley
  • Maintenance of a high value Accounts Receivable Sales Ledger
  • Reviewing efficiency and effectiveness of current O2C processes and identification of possible alignments
  • Query management
  • Develop and maintain full set of O2C Standard Operating Procedures looking at opportunities to enhance also the controls within the process throughout the integration
  • Document solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibly with the aim to standardise efficiencies

Skills and Experience Required:

· Understanding of Audit compliant activities and deliverables in particular Sarbanes Oxley
· Willing to travel
· Oracle and/or SAP knowledge essential
· MS Excel / PowerPoint / Project Proficiency essential
· Experience of migrations from market to Shared Service environment essential
· Shared Services experience preferred
· In-depth and broad knowledge of Order to Cash process is essential
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills required
· Superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and project management skills
· Demonstrated business analysis aptitude
· Excellent team working, relationship building and leadership skills
· Ability to work under continual deadline constraints
