Job Description

The function of this role is to manage Order Management transactional processing

Roles/Responsibilities

· Transact Order Management activities for countries within the regional team (e.g. sales order entry, customer master data maintenance, pricing master data maintenance, returns and credits, receipting)
Process transactions
· Experience in the Order to Cash arena
· Support Period End Activities
· Assist in reconciliation of Period End activities i.e. Inventory Reconciliations, Accruals
· Audit compliant activities and deliverables in particular Sarbanes Oxley
· Manage ad-hoc market requests within the OTC function
· Review efficiency and effectiveness of current OTC processes and identification of possible alignments
· Assist in development of OTC Standard Operating Procedures
· Ability to quickly analyse and understand complex business processes
· Maintaining sound relationship with Market colleagues to ensure process synchronisations

Skills/Experience

In-depth and broad knowledge of Order to Cash process is essential
Strong Order Management knowledge required
Strong transactional processing experience
Highly developed organisational skills
Ability to work in a pressurised environment under continual deadline constraints
Oracle and/or SAP knowledge required
Experience of migrations from market to Shared Service environment an advantage
SSC experience preferred
MS Excel and MS Word proficiency essential
