EXPERIENCED MORTGAGE COLLECTIONS EXECUTIVE

My client is a leader within the mortgage industry in Ireland & currently have a vacancy for a collections executive with experience within the legal process. Candidates must be coming from the mortgage area and have experience within the litigation process

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contacting arrears customers directly to make arrangements to recover the mortgage arrears.
* Reviewing all options with customers as outlined in the Financial Regulator’s Code of Conduct for Mortgage Arrears and bringing these cases to attention of Senior Management along with own recommendations.
* Dealing with incoming calls and correspondence.
* Possess a highly developed understanding of the mortgage litigation process
* Maintaining excellent relationships with third party solicitors
* Maintaining and monitoring ongoing contact and follow-up of cases with Manager

REQUIREMENTS
* Experienced mortgage collector who will be responsible for managing mortgage arrears cases that are already part of the litigation process.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of home loan collection litigation cases that are in arrears.
* minimum of 3 year’s mortgage collections experience or 3 year’s mortgage debt recovery experience within a legal practice or a combination of the two,
