Opportunity: This is well established international finance house. They provide a range of innovative finance solutions to commercial and corporate clients around the world.

You will manage a team of 30 people in a multi-cultural European wide capacity. This position includes managing varied responsibilities with a strong financial operations focus. This will involve managing a team with mix of account management, administration and collections.

You will be strong on system improvements and providing guidance to business analysts and testing. This is excellent opportunity to combine your operation and planning skills in a long term opportunity.

Experience:

  • Experience managing a large team
  • 8+ years experience in banking, finance operations
  • Experience in collections and customer services

Salary / Remuneration: 70 - 90 K plus and outstanding benefits package.
