This role in Banking requires an unusual mix of skills & experience across lending and credit control whilst managing a medium sized team across both areas. It is a 6 month maternity cover commencing as soon as possible.

Job Description

This role involves managing a team of approximately 8 people. On one side, there are a team of personal lenders whose role is to assess and process unsecured lending applications. On the other side of the house, it will involve managing a small team in credit control and collections.

Skills/Experience

The requirements of this role are as follows:

  • Experience in personal lending/banking and more specifically unsecured lending applications.
  • Experience in managing a team in credit contol.
  • Strong people management with an ability to manage and motivate a team.
