Job Description

  • Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles, meeting all local and corporate deadlines and deliverables.
  • Manages the activities of one or more general accounting functions/processes and provides direction and coordination to professional and clerical staff within the department and cross-functionally as required to support month end activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of delivery of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, revenue reporting, headcount, capital and functional expense reporting.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Monthly financial reporting will include flux analysis, headcount, DSO, and relevant in-market business developments
  • Performs complex analysis and uses complex budgeting and forecasting database tools, including data access and structure design
    Responsible for coordination of activities in a multi-task deadline driven environment.
  • Assists in the development and coordination of the annual planning calendar, budget and forecasts.
  • Ability to provide analytical support to middle and upper management. Assists in process improvement of planning process and system
    Manage the developmental needs of personnel within the area.

  • Skills/Experience

    • Strong communication skills and personal presence is essential
    • Strong analytical and systems skills
    • Experience in a multinational industry
    • Experience of managing direct reports

    Education / Professional Qualifications

    • Significant experience in a financial planning and analysis or management accounting role.
    • Strong level of proficiency in business systems
    • Experience on costing desirable.
    • Qualified Accountant
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and quantitative skills.
