Location: Cork [Cork]

Salary: €40000 - 60000

Our client, is a multi-national company based on the out-skirts of Cork city. They are recruiting for a 6 month  contract.

Job Description

This is a financial accounting role, that would suit a qualified accountant, with approx 3 years post-qualification experience within a multi-national industry environment, ideally within a Shared Service Centre.

Roles/Responsibilities

The role will include:

  • Financial accounting and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reports, profit and loss etc.
  • Contribute to the the producing and delivery of financial results
  • Liaise with the legal and tax departments, as required
  • Ad- hoc project work within the finance department
  • Assist with the external auditors

Skills/Experience

  • Practice trained
  • ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA/ CPA qualified
  • At least 3 years post-qualification experience within a multi-national environment
  • Experience in the use of and ERP system an advantage, JDEdwards, SAP, Oracle etc.
