A successful Irish company awarded one of the Best Managed Companies by Deloitte wish to appoint an Accounting Software Trainer for their Cork offices.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of accounting software Exchequer coupled with account preparation using this package and excellent customer service skills.
The following are the principle responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 3 employees.
- Regularly travel to customers premises for installation, upgrade and training on the Exchequer accounting package.
- Advise customers on the best methods to gain the most from the Exchequer software
- Manage the Exchequer customer service helpdesk
- Identify, coordinate and assist in solving daily problems that customers may encounter when using the Exchequer accounting package.
- Provide support to customers on a daily basis and recognise on-going customer needs
Successful candidates will need to meet the following requirements:
- Experience of Exchequer software including preparation of accounts using Exchequer
- Previous software training experience would be a very strong advantage
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Initiative to work alone and within a team
- Strong customer service focus
- Willingness to undertake regular travel throughout Ireland is essential
